As parents & caregivers, nothing is more important than maintaining a safe, healthy & happy atmosphere. We are proud to call ourselves germaphobes, ensuring that much attention and time is given to thoroughly disinfecting and cleaning everything.
We frequently & thoroughly sanitizatize all surfaces with bleach and/or disinfectant while also regularly requiring all staff and children to wash their hands. And because you can never be too clean, we use a UV sanitizing wand for an extra layer of protection.
CGCC is a secure facility. Only staff have access to our building codes. Children are never released to anyone without express parental consent- and NEVER without photo ID.
We are CPR and First Aid Certified. Denise, the director, is also MAT trained to administer medications!
As a NYS licensed child care facility, all staff are required to undergo an extensive background check through the state. All staff must complete 30 hours of training every 2 years in a wide variety of topics! Our recent inspection results can be found at ocfs.ny.gov under regulated child care!
