All classrooms for toddlers and older (excluding before and after-school programs) participate in daily circle time and enjoy outdoor play twice a day, weather permitting.

Our center follows a unified curriculum, thoughtfully designed and implemented by our Director in 2025. We provide both morning and afternoon snacks for children in the toddler age group and older. Each snack includes a fruit, a dairy product, and a grain, following the serving size recommendations set by OCFS for each age group.

Infants (6 Weeks - 12 Months)

Will be provided with a separate sleeping and playing area. A minimum of one care provider/teacher will be with every 4 infants at all times. Children will be provided with a safe and loving environment. Each child will have his own crib. Staff will interact and provide stimulating play which promotes awareness of child's surroundings. We pride ourselves with the special care our little ones receive.

Waddlers (12 Months - 18 Months)

When a child is walking & at least 12 months old, we will transition him/her over to a more stimulating and age-appropriate program to allow the child to discover and explore his/her surroundings. We will continue to provide a safe and nurturing environment. A minimum of one care provider/teacher will be with every 4 waddlers.

3s Classroom

In our 3-year-old classroom, children are building the foundational skills they need for future learning and social success. Through fun and engaging activities, children work on recognizing letters and numbers, and begin tracing their names to develop early writing skills. We also focus on social-emotional development, teaching important skills like emotional regulation, sharing, and positive social interactions with peers. Our classroom encourages children to explore, interact, and develop independence in a nurturing environment. Each day is filled with activities that promote both cognitive growth and social-emotional learning, setting the stage for future academic and personal success.

4s Classroom

In our 4-year-old classroom, children are preparing for a successful transition into kindergarten. Our curriculum focuses on developing foundational skills in early literacy, math, and science, aligned with New York State Common Core standards for kindergarten. Students are introduced to sight words, basic math concepts, and the important skill of writing their names. We also emphasize building independence by encouraging children to take ownership of their daily routines. They practice skills such as packing their backpacks at the end of the day, cleaning up after snack and lunch, and completing tasks with confidence. Through hands-on learning and structured activities, children grow in both their academic abilities and their self-sufficiency, setting a strong foundation for their continued success in kindergarten and beyond.

Before & After School Program

Our Before and After School Program provides a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children before and after their school day. Upon arrival, children are greeted at the front door and offered a snack to recharge. Throughout the session, a variety of engaging activities are available, including coloring, playdough, board games, and outdoor sports or games when the weather is nice. The program also celebrates special holidays like New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween, and more, with themed activities, festive treats, and exciting surprises to keep the children engaged and entertained. In the event of inclement weather closures within the Arlington Central School District, we offer full or half-day care for the school-age children, provided we have staff availability. It’s the perfect blend of fun and structure, ensuring that each child has a positive, productive experience both before and after school hours.
